Our Approach

At Pacific Payroll, we believe every small business deserves personalized service and affordable solutions. Since 2016, we've proudly helped Oregon businesses simplify payroll, and now we're excited to offer bookkeeping services as well, giving you one trusted team to support your financial operations.

We're proud to be a local female-owned business led by a team of hardworking moms who understand what it takes to juggle busy schedules, families, and businesses. That same dedication, organization, and attention to detail is what we bring to every client we serve.

What makes us different? We love being part of your financial team. We work alongside your CPA and other trusted advisors to create a seamless payroll and bookkeeping experience, so you can spend less time managing paperwork and more time growing your business.

As an Oregon-owned and operated company, we understand the value of supporting local businesses. Growing up in small towns taught us that strong communities are built by small businesses helping one another succeed. That's why we're proud to serve the businesses that keep our local economy thriving.

We're not a large accounting firm with thousands of clients. We build lasting relationships, provide responsive, personal service, and tailor our payroll and bookkeeping solutions to fit your business's unique needs.

Whether you need help with payroll processing, payroll taxes, bookkeeping, employee garnishments, retirement plan deductions, workers' compensation reporting and audits, or year-end payroll reporting, we're here to make the process simple, accurate, and stress-free.

At Pacific Payroll, we're more than a service provider, we are your local partner, committed to helping your business succeed.

Holly Fisher

Owner

Helping small businesses succeed is what I'm most passionate about. I love supporting our local business community, collaborating with fellow business owners, and sharing knowledge that helps entrepreneurs grow with confidence.

My husband, Tony, and I live in Corvallis, Oregon, where he operates our longtime family businesses, Ken Fisher Repair, Peak View Properties & Iron Eagle Metal Art. Together, we're raising our three children: Tucker, Lexi, and Terry and have an angel baby, Alex.

For the past five years when I am not working with clients, you may have caught me on the field coaching youth softball, or serving as a board member for Corvallis Little League. I also enjoy photography, traveling, teaching, wine tasting, drag racing, and, most importantly, spending time with my family.

Owning a small business comes with enough challenges, you deserve a payroll and bookkeeping partner who genuinely cares about your success. I look forward to getting to know you, learning about your business, and discussing how Pacific Payroll can provide solutions that save you time and support your continued growth.

Owner

I love learning about the diverse businesses that make up our community. Building meaningful relationships by supporting, educating, and collaborating with fellow business owners is something I’m truly passionate about.

I live in Keizer, Oregon with my family: my husband Dan and our two daughters, Taylor and Rylan.  Both of the girls are active in their schools as well as in athletics and music.  As a family, we enjoy camping, exploring the outdoors, and making new memories together.  Disneyland is a favorite.

For the past four years I served on the board of the Parent Teacher Club at our girls' elementary school working with staff and families to support the school and students.  I am also often found coaching on the softball fields and serving on the board of Keizer Little League.   When I find myself with free time I enjoy reading, traveling, wine tasting and just about anything creative.

Small business owners have so many hats to wear - payroll and bookkeeping don't need to be another.  I look forward to meeting you, learning about your business and who you serve, and discussing how Pacific Payroll can provide solutions and support, so you can focus on what you really love.

Chilly Thayer

Bookkeeping Lead & Payroll Specialist

I joined the Pacific Payroll team in March of 2025, coming with a background of bookkeeping for local businesses for the prior 12 years, and a deep dedication to the community and small businesses.

I live in Corvallis, Oregon with my three wily boys: Solomon, Amon & Coba. We love to spend our summers camping, traveling, and playing in the water. I’ve taught at a local dance studio, Downtown Dance, for 15 years, and am a writer when I get a chance.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you get back to the parts of your business that you love to do!

Jennie Dalgas

Administrative Specialist

I joined the Pacific Payroll team in the spring of 2021, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial grit and organizational expertise. Prior to this, I owned and operated Wonders Early Learning Center in South Corvallis, building it from a Certified Home Care in 2010 to a full Certified Center in 2014. Because of my background, I fully understand the day-to-day demands of juggling business operations, client needs, and family life.

In the summer of 2021, my family and I relocated to Chelan, Washington, where I continue to make a vibrant impact on our local community. In addition to keeping Pacific Payroll running smoothly, I co-own Driftin Cabanas on Lake Chelan with my husband, Geoffrey, I served as the Programs Coordinator for the youth non-profit, Thrive Chelan Valley from 2023 to 2026, and founded the Chelan High School Performing Arts Booster in the Spring of 2026. Driven by a passion for community connections, fun adventures, and learning new things, I bring organization and heart to everything I do.

In my free time, I love to sew and create unique items to sell at community markets and online. With our family now in the second half of the high school years, we're soaking in every moment and excited for the adventures ahead in this next chapter.
